Everyone here works the file directly. No status meetings, no layers, no junior reps behind the senior name on the email.

Senior bench

We don't hire entry-level. Every person here has real experience in their lane — SBA placement, underwriting, ops, or growth.

    First step is a 30-minute call with one of the founders. No HR script. We talk about your history, what you'd want different in your next seat, and whether the bench fits.

    Working session

    We share a redacted file from our pipeline. You walk us through how you'd approach it. No trick questions; just how you actually think.

    Meet the bench

    Coffee or lunch with the team you'd work alongside. They ask you anything, you ask them anything.

  4. 04
    Offer

    If we're aligned, we write the offer. Comp, splits, ramp, equity, and the seat are all on the table to discuss. Two-week-ish timeline from first call to written offer.
